Right after checkout you land on a page with Download buttons (PDF and PNG for invitations and printables, PDF for game packs, Excel and CSV for spreadsheets). We also email you a receipt with a "Download your file" link.

Go to Resend my downloads (aiinviter.com/orders) and enter the email address you used at checkout. We email you a link for every order paid with that address.

The link in your email keeps working for your order. Each time you open it you get a fresh download that is valid for 24 hours, so open the link again whenever you need the file.

Try another browser, and on a phone check your Files or Downloads app. If it still fails, email us with your order ID within 14 days and we will fix the file or refund you.

Invitations are 5x7 inches; game packs and most printables are US Letter; wall art is 8x10 inches. Print at 100% / "actual size" (not "fit to page"). Matte card stock (around 80-110 lb cover) looks best for invitations.

Yes. Take or upload the PDF to any local or online print shop. The PDF keeps the exact size; the PNG is handy for sharing by text or social media.

As many as your own event or household needs. The license is personal: please do not resell or share the template itself.

Screens and printers show color differently, and paper changes it too. Print one test copy first before printing the whole batch.

Open any product and press Personalize free preview. Type your names, dates and wording, pick colors, and watch the free watermarked preview update. Your edits are saved in your browser as you type.

Yes. Open the editor in the same browser: while your download is unlocked you can change the text and download again. Later, open the link from your receipt email to unlock it again.

No. Everything runs in your browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Spreadsheets open in Excel or Google Sheets.

Fix it in the editor and download again with your download link. Please proofread in the preview before printing; typos you entered yourself are not a file fault.

On aiinviter.com you personalize the design in the editor and download a finished, print-ready file. On Etsy you get a fill-in printable and an example page through Etsy's own download system. The designs and the refund policy are the same.

In your Etsy account under Purchases (or the link in Etsy's order email). Etsy orders cannot be downloaded through aiinviter.com/orders. For help, message us through Etsy with your Etsy order number.

Yes. Files are digital and delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final; if a file is faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
