This policy applies to purchases on aiinviter.com, sold by AiInviter. It is the same policy as the Refunds section of our terms of service.
Digital downloads
All our products are digital files delivered instantly. Because of that, purchases are generally final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Faulty files: we fix it or refund you
If a file does not download, will not open, or is faulty (for example a missing page, a broken layout or the wrong size), contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will fix the file or refund you.
Before you buy
Please proofread names, dates and details before you buy and before you print. Printed colors can look different from your screen. Differences like these are not faults.
Every product has a free watermarked preview, so you can check the design and your text before you pay.
How to ask for a fix or a refund
- Email support@aiinviter.com with your order ID (it is in your receipt email) and a short description or a screenshot of the problem.
- We usually answer within 2 business days.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Once an order is refunded, its download link stops working.

Bought on Etsy?
Etsy orders follow the same policy. Please message us through Etsy with your Etsy order number.
