Weekly lesson plan template with your own subjects

Rows are your subjects or periods, up to eight, and the columns run Monday to Friday. Morning meeting, reading block, math, specials: name them the way your schedule does, and long names wrap onto two lines instead of shrinking. Each cell is big enough for an objective, the materials and a note about who needs extra help.

Year at a glance calendar for your school year

The first page shows twelve real month calendars starting from the month you choose, so a year that starts in August runs to July and one that starts in September runs to August. Weeks can start on Sunday or Monday. Circle the first day, holidays, report card dates and conferences.

Roster, grade sheet, parent contact log and sub plans

The roster page has numbered lines for 30 students and ten narrow columns for scores or check marks. The parent communication log keeps a dated record of calls, emails and notes home with what was agreed. The substitute plans page collects class information, the daily schedule, procedures, helpful students and where to find emergency information, so a sudden sick day is less stressful.
