What is in this Notion planner template
A dashboard page with a weekly checklist and a weekly review page, plus six databases: Tasks with status, priority and due date; Habits with one row per day and a check box per habit; Goals with a target date and progress; a Journal with mood and gratitude; Budget for every income and expense; and Budget categories with a monthly budget for each. A few example rows show how each one is meant to be used.

Notion budget template with your own categories
The budget part works like a simple envelope budget. Every income and expense is a row in Budget with a date, type, category, amount and account. Budget categories lists your categories with what you plan to spend each month. The guide shows how to connect the two with a relation, add a rollup that sums what you spent and a one-line formula for what is left, then filter to this month so the numbers reset on the first.
How the template is delivered
Most Notion templates are shared as a page you duplicate. This one comes as an import package: a ZIP file with the dashboard as a Markdown page and each database as a CSV file, the formats Notion's own import accepts. In Notion, open Settings and Import, or type /zip on a page, and choose the file. The setup guide then walks you through setting the property types and adding the board, calendar and gallery views. When a ready-made duplicate link is available, it is printed in the guide as well.
Habit tracker, goals and journal in one place
Because everything sits under one page, the weekly review takes about fifteen minutes: move unfinished tasks forward, pick three priorities, look at the habit check boxes and glance at the budget. Choose your own habits before downloading, up to eight, and they become the check box columns of the Habits database.
