Book log template with star ratings

The book log has 24 numbered lines with the title, author, genre, the date you finished and the number of pages, plus five stars to fill in for your rating. Print a second copy when you pass 24 books; the numbering makes it easy to keep counting.

Book review page and favorite quotes

For the books that deserve more than one line, the review page has room for what the book was about, what you liked and what you did not, a favorite quote and your own notes, with the dates, the format you read it in, a star rating and whether you would recommend it. The favorite quotes page holds six quotes, each with the book and page number so you can find it again.

  • Book review page
  • Favorite quotes with book and page
  • To-be-read list with who recommended it

2027 reading challenge with your own goal

Set your goal in the editor, anywhere from 1 to 100 books, and the challenge page shows exactly that many numbered books to color in as you finish them. Below it, a row for books per month and 24 prompts to tick off, from a classic you never read to a book set in another country or a book that was a gift, for a year that does not get stuck in one genre.

A printable reading log for book clubs, students and families

The pages work as a personal reading journal, a reading log for school or a shared family book list. Print the set on US letter or A4 paper and keep it in a binder or a folder next to your books, or import the PDF into a note app on a tablet and write with a stylus.
