Letter tracing worksheets from A to Z
Every letter has its own page with the capital and the lowercase form. A numbered green dot marks where each stroke starts and a small arrow shows the direction, so a child traces A with three strokes in the usual order instead of inventing a new one every time. Two rows of capitals and two of lowercase letters follow, then a short word with that letter to trace: apple, ball, cat and so on, and two empty rows to try it alone.
- Capital and lowercase letter on every page
- Numbered start dots and direction arrows
- A simple word for each letter
- Empty rows to write without dots
Number tracing worksheets 1 to 20
Twenty number pages, one per number, show the numeral as a model with its strokes, rows of dotted numerals, the number word to trace and a count-and-color row with exactly that many circles in groups of five, so the symbol, the word and the amount are learned together.
Shape tracing and alphabet review pages
Four shape pages cover the circle, square, triangle, rectangle, oval, diamond, star and heart, each as a bold model, two large dotted copies and four smaller ones, plus the shape name to trace. Two review pages repeat the whole alphabet in capitals and in lowercase for a quick check once all the letters are done.
Name tracing worksheet and handwriting lines
Type the child's name before you download and it appears on the name line of every page, and the "My name" page turns it into dotted letters to trace five times, with two empty rows below. Rows use the familiar three lines: a top line, a dashed midline and a baseline, so tall letters, small letters and the tails of g, j, p and y each have their place.
Preschool and kindergarten handwriting practice
The letters are simple ball-and-stick print shapes drawn for this pack, with clean strokes that are easy to follow with a pencil or a crayon. Print a page, slide it into a plastic sleeve and use a dry-erase marker to practice the same letter all week. The pages are US letter size and print on A4 with "fit to page". They are a practice aid; follow your school's handwriting program where it teaches a different letter style.
