Stock tracking that a small business can keep up with
There is one log for every change in stock: the date, the SKU (pick it from a dropdown or type it), In or Out, the quantity and a note such as the supplier or order number. On hand is the opening stock plus everything in minus everything out, worked out per SKU with SUMIFS.
- Up to 500 items and 2,000 movements
- On hand, stock value and retail value per item
- "Reorder" flag at or below your reorder level
- Value and units by category
A small business spreadsheet for makers, shops and resellers
Candles, prints, spare parts or coffee beans: anything you count fits. Quantities can be decimals for stock sold by weight. Type your starter items in the editor (SKU, name, category, cost, price, opening stock, reorder level) and they are already in the file when you download it.
Stock value for your bookkeeping spreadsheet
The summary totals stock value at cost and at retail price, which is the number many owners copy into their bookkeeping spreadsheet at the end of a month or year. It is a simple quantity times cost figure from what you type; your accountant can tell you which valuation method your books need.
